We are dedicated to ensuring our website's visitors have a seamless shopping experience from our home page, to our checkout cart, all the way to your home's front porch. We offer free standard shipping for any of our products and guarantee a safe and easy shipment right to your front door. If the workweek is too long a wait for you we have express shipping options as well. Get 2-day express shipping for a flat rate of 10$ on anything that weighs 50 lbs and lighter and 2-day express shipping for a flat rate of 20$ for anything that weighs heavier than 50lbs.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Our return/exchange policies are very simple and clear in order to avoid confusion and promote shopping efficiency. The shopping experience here at Interior Edit is designed to be flawless, however, we recognize and understand sometimes things happen that prevent that from happening which is why we have put policies in place in case of such events. First and foremost it is our policy at Interior Edit to require receipts, digital or physical, on both returns and exchanges. Without a copy of a valid receipt, we will not be able to help customers who are trying to return or exchange one of our products. Our exchange policy dictates that upon valid presentation of a receipt we are required to give our customer store credit in the exact amount of the cost of the item they originally purchased. Store Credit is not limited to specific products or a number of products and can be spent at any time the customer chooses. Our return policy is a bit different because we believe there is a difference between wanting to return and wanting to exchange an item. If one of our customers wishes to return a product of ours and has a valid copy of a receipt, then we somehow in some way or another didn't do our jobs correctly and failed to deliver on our promise of an easy and painless shopping experience. That is why instead of receiving store credit upon returning an item we give our dissatisfied customers a complete refund and do not require they spend that money at our store again. This is one of the many ways our team here at Interior Edit strives to go the extra mile.
